The Solar Plexus Chakra Bath Bomb is a large bath bomb imbedded with a citrine crystal.  It is formulated to help balance the solar plexus chakra.

The solar plexus chakra is the third chakra in the body, and it is located in the upper abdomen, just below the rib cage. It is associated with the color yellow, the element of fire, and the sense of sight. The solar plexus chakra is responsible for our personal power, self-esteem, and will power. It also governs our sense of identity and self-confidence.

Taking a chakra healing bath can be a relaxing and rejuvenating way to balance and align your energy centers. Here are steps you can follow:

Prepare the Bath

  • Fill the bathtub with warm water. Make sure the temperature is comfortable for you.
  • Light candles or use soft lighting to create a soothing ambiance. Play calming music or nature sounds if desired.

    Meditation and Breathing

    • Before entering the bath, you may choose to meditate or practice deep breathing to center yourself and set intentions for the chakra healing.

    Enter the Bath:

    • Add the bath bomb
    • Gently step into the bath and allow yourself to relax. Take your time to adjust to the warmth.
    • While in the bath, visualize the chakra you have chosen and imagine it glowing and balanced. You can also use affirmations or mantras associated with the chakra you have chosen.

     Soak and Relax:

    • Stay in the bath for as long as feels comfortable. This could be anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more.

    Rinse and Ground:

    • After your soak, rinse off in a lukewarm shower. Visualize any excess energy or negativity being washed away.

    Hydrate and Rest:

    •   Drink a glass of water to rehydrate, and take some time to rest and reflect on your experience.
